Roland MKS-7 is of the most overlooked and underestimated synths in existence. For those who do not know this little powerhouse, it’s an unbelievable power package. What we find inside is a regular, 6 voice Juno-106 with an additional, monopohonic bass voice plus... Roland TR-707 drum machine guts.

Each parts all have separate outputs and are fuly multitimbral on separate MIDI channels. All you have to do is program them from your computer, that’s the only trade-off.

Now restored and fitted with 7, brand new filter clones (the extra bass voice also uses the infamous 80017A). So it's now future-proof.
